This is an amazing introduction to working with the healing sounds of Voice.
In this course, we will be journeying vocally through the body because the whole body is your voice. We will be learning mindset transformation tools to shift stuck energy in the body and exercises to develop an awareness of your voice’s creative power and potential through breathwork, movement ,vocal toning and meditation.

There are 10 module. Each module is accompanied by a video, as well as a printable lesson sheet so that you can practice what you've learnt in your own

Introduction to Healing voice,

Trauma in the body, vagus nerve, larangeal massage, deep diaphramatic breathing exercises, whole body warm up.
