Sound Healing

Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body and mind of a person with the intention of bringing the body and mind back into balance. It works primarily through the principles of entrainment which is a law of physics. This principle is universal and can be found on many levels for example in chemistry, neurology, biology, medicine and astronomy. Entrainment is a method of synchronizing our brainwaves, which fluctuate, by producing a stable, solid frequency that our brains adjust to and then match. The 3 most important aspects of sound healing, as well as the voice or instrument, are the intention, entrainment, and silence. The fundamental concept of sound healing is based on the fact that vibrations can be amplified, dampened, shifted, and completely transformed by other vibrations in the body to create conditions that promote healing. Sound healing has the ability to repair aspects of ourselves that are out of alignment and in need of repair, as well as to restore spiritual wholeness. This can be achieved using various instruments like tuning forks, gongs, crystal bowls, bells, drums, and percussion etc, but the most powerful tool is the human voice.

Vocal Sound Healing

After initial consultation the client You will lie on a treatment couch fully clothed while I create sounds around you with my voice tuning forks and sometimes sound healing instruments.

(In a group, people will generally be lying on a yoga mat or in a comfortable position ). There will also be periods of Silence to absorb the sound.

During a session- you lay down comfortably and I tune into the energy of your body. I will then release layer by layer the blocked energy with my voice. In an active session, you can use your own voice to release blocked energies. I support you with my voice and guide you to be open for your own inner wisdom. I encourage you to use your unique healing voice, where every sound is needed.

Bija Mantra Healing

A Bija (seed) mantras are one-syllable Sanskrit sounds used in meditation to activate, balance, and heal the body's chakras or energy centres through specific vibrational frequencies. By chanting these sounds aloud—typically Lam, Vam, Ram, Yam, Ham, Om/Aum—practitioners release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and harmonize energy centers. After initial consultation, client will lie on a treatment couch fully clothed while I create these sacred sounds around you with my voice) There will also be periods of Silence to absorb the sound.

Andromedan Crystal Healing

After initial consultation the client will lie on a treatment couch fully clothed. During the crystal therapy session, I will select specific crystals based on your individual’s needs and intentions. I will place the crystals on or around the body.

I connect and become a vessel for the Andromedan energy to resonate with and influence the energy field of client, helping release stagnant energy or energy blockages. There will also be periods of Silence to absorb the sound. Grounding.(Being grounded means our bodies' energy is connected to the energy field of the earth.

Community Singing

Would you like to meet and join with other singers for improvised singing and circle songs ? This is an opportunity to come together and find freedom and joyful expression in singing and voice. Singing to connect with each other and to the earth, to heal, to celebrate and to express the longings in our hearts.

Time to meet new friends and really listen, time to sit and just be, time to move, time to tell stories and jokes, time to share food, time to relax and rejuvenate.

Gatherings may incorporate numerous elements, movement/dance, toning, breathing, healthy voice technique, vocal meditation singing, improvisation, and song creation

Voice Circle Gatherings are offered as a way to bring your friends, family, neighbours , work colleagues together to sing, play, experiment, and grow, individually as well as collectively, through the exploration of voice.

Releasing energy blocks with the human voice often creates dissonant sounds. When the energy blocks dissolve and the energy starts to flow again, the sounds will change into harmonious ones. Now, the body will be filled with these healing sounds that help to integrate the new energy patterns affecting every cell. This will induce regeneration and balance.

At the end of each session, we take time to reflect on your experience. Many clients report feeling a greater sense of inner peace, a deeper connection to their Self, and valuable insights that emerge from the process.

Sometimes people see colors or get sensations that may intensify for a minute before After the session, you need to drink plenty of water. This will help the body to release toxins

During a voice bath, attendees lie comfortably on yoga mats, covered in blankets, absorbing the healing vibrations of vocal soundscapes created by myself. I sound intuitively guided by spirit.

At the end of each session, we take time to reflect on your experience. Many people report feeling a greater sense of inner peace, a deeper connection to their Self.
